In-home Sample Collection
The importance of checkups and periodic tests is obvious to everyone, but allocate time in our busy life to present in the lab, coordinating fasting times, getting test result, and more will make many people more reluctant to go through these process. The Payvand Clinical & Specialty Laboratory provide the facility to perform in-home blood sampling services without the need to be present in the laboratory.
Moreover, due to the high importance of sampling, sample transportation and the use of modern laboratory equipment in the accuracy of the test result, the Payvand Laboratory is using fully trained personnel and the most up-to-date laboratory equipment can be a reliable option for this purpose.

Application for admission can be made as follows:
A) Complete the sampling request form
You can submit a Request for Sampling at your desired location without visiting the lab via the below link so that our lab staff can arrange your request as soon as possible.
- You must submit the request 48 hours in advance.
- In-home sampling service is available for people over 15 years old.
- One of the main conditions for using insurance tariff (basic – supplementary) is to have a valid prescription (not distorted and free of any scratches). Mentioning an exact date for sampling and having a valid doctor’s stamp (appropriate to the test, general practitioner or specialist are the conditions of the accepted version. They will contact you to correct the prescription.
- Your payment for home sampling and requested tests will be announced after admission by our staff at the Payvand laboratory.
(Please note that your bank details will not be requested during any of the home sampling applications.)

A phone call or WhatsApp support
There is possible to get support from our online services by calling us at 71400004 (ext. 444) or applying via WhatsApp number (+ 98 912 032 7263). Our staff will provide you with the necessary explanations regarding the conditions of the test.
The cost of the test will be delivered to the client and after acceptance of the condition, the in-home sampling and will proceed. Payment for the test must be made at the earliest time after the call. The physician’s prescription is also obtained when sampling has been done at home.

B) in-person at the Lab.
In the laboratory, you can submit the prescription of the physician, the reception staff performs the admission as requested by the physician, and the necessary explanations are transmitted to the patient regarding the conditions of the examination. The patient’s phone number and address would be recorded and the patient Invoice should be paid at the end the time of collection would be booked and organized.
According to your booking time, the phlebotomist would attend the patient’s house; the phlebotomist would have all needed collection instrument and material in addition to labeled containers to perform the collection.
At the time of arrival at patient’s home the phlebotomist would introduce his/her and perform the collection and after having assurance on collecting suitable sample would and transfer the specimens to the lab immediately under standard condition.
The tests cost, travelling costs of phlebotomist would be received at the time of collection, and the admission paper would be handed to the patient or the career.
Test and collection cost includes:
- Test costs was based according to the ministry of public health and medical education Tariff
- Collection costs was based according of Laboratory Tariff and your address location
- Phlebotomist traveling costs
The test results could be obtained in the shortest pace of time through:
- In person by having admission receipt
- On website (Online result services)
- By post ( posting costs should be paid by patient)
- By email
- By Fax
- By telegram application
It is good to mention that patient should completely pay the invoice in order to be able to receive the result in any way.
