The quality policy of the Payvand Clinical and Specialty Laboratory
Prophecy:
Payvand Clinical and Specialty Laboratory, which has been established in 2004 with legal licenses from the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education. It is a specialized and sub-specialized laboratory that provides diagnostic services with a focus on professional ethics and the rights of clients. It honors, respects, and observes safety, improves the quality of laboratory services, and pays attention to the environment in the best possible scientific way to all sections of society.
Vision:
Transforming and maintaining the position of the Payvand laboratory as one of the specialized and sub-specialized reference laboratories in Iran and the region
The Payvand Clinical and Specialty laboratory is committed to put the following items on the agenda of its activities:
– Provide and perform routine, specialized and sub-specialized laboratory services using the latest technology available in the country to the honorable people of Iran.
– In providing laboratory services, use competent, professional, committed and ethical colleagues and monitor the good performance of their activities in accordance with the standards.
– Design, deploy and review regular and planned quality objectives in order to meet the requirements of laboratory service recipients in accordance with international standards and strive to continuously improve the provision of laboratory services.
– Ensure the process of familiarity and complete information of colleagues about the quality management system, which has the ultimate goal of providing desirable services and satisfying consumers of laboratory services.
– The current policy will be reviewed as planned in order to improve the quality of laboratory services.
Quality objectives:
1- Maintaining and continuously improving the quality of services provided
2- Maintaining and improving the safety of patients, clients and staff
3- Promoting stakeholder satisfaction
4- Managing human resources, empowerment and continuous training of employees and officials
5- Maintaining and developing the maintenance management of physical, security and equipment space
6 – Management of financial resources
7- Maintaining and, if possible, expanding the scope of laboratory services comparable to the developed countries of the world

The management and staff of the Payvand Clinical and Specialty laboratory consider themselves obliged to comply with all the provisions of this policy.
This statement is issued by the head of the laboratory and includes the framework of the laboratory management system.
