Important indicators of Reception & Results Reporting departments are:
- Establishment of quality management system in the framework of national and ISO standards (ISO 10002 + ISO 9001)
- Respecting the dignity of the esteemed clients with the good behavior from the time of arrival to leaving the lab, so that they create a good memory in the minds of the visitors.
- Speed, accuracy and validity so that the average waiting time for patients from the time of arrival to the exit is less than 20 minutes.
- There are two people who serve as the salon manager, who are responsive to all customer questions with patience and pleasure, and accompany them at all stages of the experiment.
- Complete observing of the sanity and cleanness of the environment and creating a desirable atmosphere for the waiting time.
In order to accelerate admission and reduce waiting time for clients, it is possible to receive your physician’s order via online services at the Payvand Clinical & Specialty Laboratory.
Clients may submit the desired copy for acceptance in the following manner without referring to the laboratory:
- Complete the online admission form (see below)
- Online support via the WhatsApp number (+ 98 912 032 7263)
Lab receptionists will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your Online request. The Laboratory expert and you will be given guidance on the conditions prior to the test. The test’s bill will also be sent to you with the card number you want to settle.
Please read the following before submitting your request:
- The admission request will be reviewed and accepted during the working hours of the laboratory.
- Please submit your application 48 hours before the desired time.
- Since the acceptance of the physician’s order with insurance, tariff requires the original copy of the physician’s order and its approval by the laboratory insurer, so if you wish to get benefit from your supplemental insurance services, you will need to submit the original copy to the laboratory before test sampling.
- If your prescription is not approved by the insurer, the testing fee that is approved by the Ministry of Health will be applied. Note that the cost of the test is calculated and recorded with the free tariff version until you submit the original copy of your physician’s order.
- Please scan and send your physician’s order in jpg format.
- Upon requesting In-home blood sampling, all costs incurred (transportation, blood sampling) are borne by the customer and it is worth noting that the home sampling service is active on weekdays.

Dear Customers,
During the reception and admission to the Payvand Clinical & Specialty laboratory, you should undergo the following steps:
The patient or his / her companion Refer to the Laboratory Reception Unit and submit the request of the physician (it should be noted that if you know the name of the test without the doctor’s order, you will be admitted with a free tariff approved by the Ministry of Health. Visit the lab.
- Receive a reception queue from the queue installed in the reception hall
- Waiting for the call to take place
- Provide specification and information to the Lab. receptionist
- Waiting for the Fund to call for a financial settlement and receive a test invoice/bill
- Waiting for your turn to call the sampling unit
* Behind the test bill is information on the conditions of acceptance, sampling, and response. Please read it while waiting for sampling.
* You just need to go through steps 1 to 4 just to know the cost of the tests required.
* Refer to the leader in the hall for information on prescription, fasting, and so on.
* There is a Priority for adoption with pregnant women and disabled people

In Payvand Clinical & Specialty laboratory most of the tests are performed on a daily basis and emergency tests are performed up to 2 hours after sampling.
The results of specialized and specialized tests are also provided in the shortest time possible, and the laboratory staff will contact the client’s telephone number as soon as the results of the requested tests are ready and inform the respondent of their readiness.
