Establishing a separate corona section at Payvand laboratory

During the current pandemic difficult situation, when the corona epidemic threatens the health of the community, the officials of Payvand Clinical & Specialty laboratory due to the high workload and the need for timely diagnosis of CoVID-19’s patients set up an independent diagnostic department for CoVID-19 at the laboratory, in order to comply with health protocols.

Attending the medical diagnostic laboratories for other routine and specialized tests is one of the current concerns of our esteemed clients. After obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities, including the Vice-Chancellor of the University and the Department of Laboratories of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and the Health Reference Laboratory, Payvand laboratory obtained a license to perform the CoVID-19 molecular test from the beginning of the CoVID-19 pandemic. The name of this laboratory is included in the list of “New Coronavirus Molecular Detection Laboratories (CoVID-19)”. This test can be performed daily and all steps of the work are performed according to the latest national and international instructions with the best level of accuracy and speed in a separate section from other laboratory sections.
