Dear Customers, You can get your test results directly from Payvand Laboratory website with your Admission number and Customer number on your Lab Bill.
For your convenience, also, the lab has provided signature and the seal of the Head of the Laboratory and other authorities on the Test Result via our website. Therefore, the received file is the final and verified copy.
As soon as your admission is completed, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone containing:
Your Admission Number:………
Your Customer Number:…….
You can get some information about your test status by sending the admission number by replying to that message.
After receiving the text message if you have Internet access and have completely paid your invoice, you would be able to access your test results through “Online Test Results” on the our website https://www.payvandlab.com
Steps to get test results online:
- Choose your role (Patient, Physician, Laboratory Staff, Partner Laboratories)
- Enter your admission number or mobile number
- Enter your customer number or national identity number
- To save your details please tick the check box
Click on “enter” bottom to see and download your results
*The Admission and Customer Number can be found on your admission invoice, which you received at the time of admission.

If you prefer to have an access to your patient test result online, you need to enter to the online result web page and will be able to access the online result portal.
You need to enter your patient name and surname in the related boxes as well as your medical ID number in the password box. You will then be directed to the second page where you need to enter your patient details to see the test results. You would be able to view the results online or alternatively download/print them.
In order to get access to this section it is essential that you register with the reception team of Payvand Clinical & Specialty Laboratory at the first step.
It is important to note that your username and password would not be activated and you would receive error of wrong username and password, unless your results have been uploaded. You would still be able to receive your results in hard copy even if you have downloaded them previously.
***It is worth noting that in order to receive the results of your tests through the website or the link sent in the SMS, you must turn off your VPN so that your IP address is recognized.***
As you know, day by day new features and services are offered in the domain of the site that not all browsers support, and the browser that you use may not support the technologies that we use on our site. That’s why we suggest you use Google Chrome or Firefox to avoid errors.
If you encounter this error (unexpected error-خطای غیر منتظره), you should know that you have already entered your profile either through another device or have not used the exit key when logging in to your profile recently.
