2-Hour Post Prandial Blood Glucose (2hpp)

Fasting for at least 8 hours the night before the test and avoid drinking tea and coffee during fasting.
After the first (fasting) sample is taken, eat a regular breakfast that you eat every day.
Record the time you start breakfast and be present in the lab exactly 2 hours after breakfast.
Avoid exercise and hiking during these 2 hours (it is better to spend time in the lab).
Eating and drinking is prohibited during these 2 hours (drinking is not permitted in the normal way).
Fasting sugar and 2hpp tests are recommended to be taken in one day.
Breakfast should last up to 20 minutes.
During these 2 hours, smoking is prohibited.
