Extend the ISO 15189 standard of Payvand laboratory

The international standard ISO 15189 guarantees the results of medical laboratory experiments that are achieved by observing complex processes and establishing cross-sectoral communication. Standardization of medical and pathology diagnostic laboratories and implementation of ISO15189 standard in our country is started several years ago under the supervision of international organizations such as WHO in order to standardize the management methods of laboratories that can be compared with other parts of the world.

Since the beginning of the CoVID-19 pandemic in the world, obtaining valid laboratory results in this laboratory field has always been of special importance, and laboratories are approved that have these certifications for performing diagnostic processes, including molecular testing (PCR) of CoVID-19, by the domestic and international institutions.
