The Payvand Clinical and Specialty Laboratory is currently connects with basic insurances such as social security, medical services, armed forces, municipalities and other organizations, banks and supplementary insurance institutions such as; Central Bank, Melli Bank, Mellat Bank, Sepeh Bank, Saderat Bank, Keshavarzi Bank, Tejarat Bank, Continental Plateau Oil Company of Iran, Pension Fund of Oil Company, SOS Iran, Day, Tejarat Noo, Iran, Asia, Alborz, Dana, Ma insurance, Mellat Insurance, Parsian Insurance, Navin Insurance, AtiyehSazan Hafiz Insurance (only respected personnel of the Ministry of Health) and KarFarain Insurance have contracts.

How to use some additional insurances is as follows:

People who have Bank Mellat, Tejarat, Keshavarzi, Sepah passbooks are exempt from paying the franchise, and the retirees of the oil company must pay 10% of the cost as a franchise. Also, in the case of insurance companies and other organizations whose insurance is not mentioned in the above table, they will be accepted only by presenting a booklet containing a doctor’s prescription and paying the cost of the tests according to the tariff approved by the Ministry of Health.
